What’s the ROI of new knowledge and skills as a business professional?

Every Tuesday, when I’m there, I learn a couple of things I can
put into practice in the next days. Or things I already knew, but I am now better equipped
to implement in my daily practice. The great thing about this course is that I can
immediately put it into practice. The good thing about this program
is that not only you grow intellectually, but also build a professional and
interpersonal network of new people, not only in your own region,
but also further away. We notice that everyone has
a different approach to the issues. The collaboration allows you
to see the broader aspects of the issue and teaches you to tackle it
with a different plan of attack. The cases you have to complete are
always applicable to your own company. That’s very important, not only for myself,
but also for my manager, because you share the cases
and you can discuss them. It gives you new insights and ideas. It was also a compact training. In just ten days,
you are handed so many tools, which makes it perfectly combinable
with everyday work. The exchanges with colleagues
were very enriching for me. You get a lot of feedback. That obviously allows you
to learn a lot, things you wouldn’t see otherwise. It’s helpful to be able to experiment
with that in a confidential environment. You can feel the change in yourself, as well as the impact
you can have on the organization. It gives you fresh oxygen
to keep going.
