Verification To register log on to careers.tcs.com. Select the country you are applying for. Under Career Opportunities tap the Experienced Professional button. It will redirect you to the TCS iBegin portal. Login if you already have an account. If not, then register your profile. Before filling the application form have these details ready: 1. Identity proofs such as Aadhar, PAN, Passport or your National Identity Card 2. Educational certificates and mark-sheets 3. Your profile picture 4. Your resume in pdf, doc, rtf or txt format Fill the registration form with all the details. Fields marked with a star are mandatory. Remember to provide an email id that you check regularly and a phone number where we can reach you. Select your preferred location and upload your resume. After completing the registration form, you will receive an OTP One Time Password on your registered email id. Here you will get the EP number It is a unique identification number which you will need for the interview. If someone an existing TCSer is creating your profile, you will receive the EP number in your email. The application form has four sections: Personal Education Work, and Declaration In the personal section, enter your profile and address details. In case your present address and permanent addresses are different, provide both the addresses. Complete all the fields and review the form before submitting. You can also save it as a draft if you want to edit it in future. In the education detail section, enter complete details of your education right from school to your highest degree and any other diplomas. In work section, enter all the details of your previous work. In the last field, enter the total experience. If there is any break in your education or employment period, the portal will automatically detect that and ask you for a justification. Provide valid reasons in the relevant fields. If any of your relatives are working in TCS, select ‘yes’ and give details in the declaration section. Else select ‘No’! The answer to the criminal convictions should ideally be No. If you select Yes, then provide the complete details in the given text area. In the self-declaration, read the TCS application terms & conditions, and check the ‘I have read’ box. Review your application and then tap the Submit button. If your application is shortlisted, we will send you an email, inviting you for the interview. Please carry a copy of the application form and two copies of your resume on the day of the interview. The selection process consists of three rounds of interviews. The first round — HR Here, recruiters screen you on different attributes and competencies like communication skills, attitude and willingness to work as per client shifts. Round 2 — Technical Here our experts conduct interview on your area of expertise. The candidates who clear this round are then sent for the last round. Round 3 — Managerial Senior Management evaluates you on the organizational culture fitment. Depending upon the project requirement, an additional Client Round can take place. Recruitment team will apprise on the client Interview details if applicable. If you are selected you will be informed on email and invited for documentation.
