Alan: Welcome back we’re still
here in Montreal with Luc Morissette he’s our director of professional
services at TelcoBridges and we’re chatting about professional services
specifically. Of course this is a real big help for those customers are
trying to do something above and beyond just a basic installation so let’s start
out with you know what’s offered and the professional services arena and actually
how is it delivered. Luc: All right, as a basic package we help customers to
install the system initially, configure it to some basic test, but sometimes it
has to go further than that. We can help to install some special scripts or even do some special scripts for the customer. These scripts can adjust the
call flow, call behavior, changes in the call parameters so that we can do
some specific applications. Other type of custom configurations that are not
either not explained on our TBwiki or they’re not clear enough then we can
help to do those kinds of scenarios which are I would say unusual. We can go and do more advanced troubleshooting things that are you know a bit out of
scope of a regular installation which could imply types of
environments that we have not tested before. Then we can spend that
time to help do things like this. We’ve done also with professional services remote training. You organize a nice some time and we spend some time to explain different features of the SBC scenarios maybe more specific to your
needs and and we can train many of you of your engineers to learn how to
work with the SBC the web interface statistics, SNMP,
you know all of these things. You can reach us of course by email,
chatting, and also we call us by phone you can do all of that well. Alan: So there’s also an addition of
the professional service will be done remote. There’s also the
option to have people come on-site and and walk us through quickly how that
works. Luc: yeah absolutely so then you can purchase some on-site training so again
what we do is we prepare a time that works for us and and and our customer
and then we go on-site, prepare depending on what needs to be trained,
what needs to be delivered, and and so we organize how many how many
days or hours we need and then we we can train many many engineers there
about about the systems or whatever. We have we have some standard
presentation material but we can adjust it to your specific needs. Alan: And what’s
probably the best way for someone to reach out if they’re interested in
professional services engagement? Really it is via the the store. With the store you can go there and just purchase the your professional services
you can purchase your on-site training right there and and just contact support as well and we’ll arrange to make sure that that
